audio player

I have a cd that will play in my car but not my computer is there an app that i can get to play this cd

That depends on what exactly is on that CD, and - of course - on the correct functioning of your CD-drive and (setting) of the audio-software, shown by it playing any other CD.

What CD?

Why we ask is someone pulled out their car's NAVIGATION DVD and that is made just for that NAV unit.

But for common audio and more playback I always try VLC PLAYER from NINITE.COM.

Ensure that you have bought a CD that will play anywhere. A data CD containing for example MP3 or WAV files will play happily on your computer but is unlikely to play in a standalone CD player or in-car CD player. An audio CD will play on any standalone or in-car CD player, and in your computer and in modern DVD players.
