Audio out, not responding to head phone jacks.

Is there something to turn on or of to get the audio out working? If it doesn't work I'm taking it back.

Now that there are more than one style of audio jacks.

We have that but here there is no model number so your discussion is not going anywhere fast.

Add model numbers and better yet a link to Samsung.com so folk know what you have.
