reset Opera. How is on the web.
Dafydd.
The last couple weeks, after a browser or other update I suspect, I've been having an audio issue in my primary browser.
My primary browser is Opera 32.0.1948.69 (current version) and Chromium-based.
For the last couple of weeks whenever playing a video on a website, whether the video is a Flash or HTML5 one, there's a "crackling" or "popping" sound in the audio and it's a touch laggy/skippy. In otherwords, it's off.
So, I downloaded another browser to test things, Firefox, and in Firefox the audio is fine in videos.
Drivers, Flash, and everything else is up to date just seems like the audio doesn't want to co-operate in Opera; though I've generally often have Flash issues with it. (Which, of course, wouldn't be the case for HTML5 videos from YouTube.)
I've un-installed and re-installed Flash several times, Malware and Virus software both are current and turn up clean.
I'd really like to avoid having to do a full uninstall of Opera and reinstall of it as it's my preferred browser and it's a bit of a hassle to transfer over links, settings, etc.
OS is Windows Vista (yeah, yeah.)
Any help, advice, thoughts, appreciated. Will answer any additional questions to the best of my knowledge.
