Audio Garbled

The sound is garbled in sync with my mouse movements and keystrokes in both Real Player and Windows Media when I browse the net or work on a document. It just started to happen after I loaded XP Service Pack 2. Any suggestions as to how to fix it?

? Real Player: reinstall.
? WMP : Reinstall or disable then re-enable at Windows components.
? Get WinXP SP2 drivers for your sound card.

Do you have the problem when playing music or video CDs ?

Papa Echo - Thanks for the suggestions. I did everything except get WinXP SP2 drivers for my sound card (couldn't find where to get em). So, I just uninstalled SP2 and now everything is working just fine.
