What exactly is "along with Windows XP"?
by Kees Bakker / November 28, 2009 8:47 PM PST

Separate partition where you can boot into via the boot manager? Then it shouldn't have any effect on your existing XP installation.

I tried re-installing Audio Driver in XP... No use in doing so...
I formatted the partition in which Windows 7 was installed and installed a new XP in that partition... Audio didn't work in that XP also...

Installing XP is not that simple.

I can't tell if you have a good install plan. It goes like this.

1. The OS.
2. The motherboard chipset driver.
3. The MS UAA.
3. The audio driver.
4. Video and other drivers.

As to Windows 7, I re-read your first post and missed where we are discussing video driver for Windows 7 issues. But I have cured this by using the Vista drivers.

"ATI RADEON XPRESS 200 Graphics with support for external graphics via a PCI
Express* x16 connector"

I see 2 paths to get Windows 7 video support.

1. Install a video card.
2. Research Windows 7 "ATI RADEON XPRESS 200" drivers (i didn't do that for you.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
