Audio amplifier with USB input

Apr 4, 2006 2:40AM PDT

Hi. May you give me some information about home audio. I suppose my problem is very extended nowadays. Half of my tracks collection is digital, stored in an LaCie external USB hard disk. The other half is on audio CDs and old LPs and tapes. I would not like to use anymore my noisy computer to play music, so i?m looking for an amplifier with USB input which could read my mp3 files directly from this external hd and, at the same time, be connected to an cd player, a lp player and a tape player. Do you know any audio apparatus which works properly for me?

Thank you in advance.
