3 ways to update EZ Antivirus signature files:
1. AUTODOWNLOAD from task bar
2. AUTODOWNLOAD from within EZ Antivirus
3. Manual Update

To download the latest version of your product:
1. If you have your original "Welcome email" you can simply click on link from that email to download the latest version of the product.
2. Login to your account at http://www.my-eTrust.com
Visit http://www.my-eTrust.com
Click on Members Login
Enter your login information (email Address) and password.
Once you are logged in, you will see a button "Download Now" under each the program you purchased
If you click on the name of the product, you will see the license information needed to install the program.
