I don't like incredimail so I can't say where the settings are but look in the help, it should tell you. Also, if it's your AVG go here...

I am using "incredimail'" for my mail and avg antivirus.
When i recieve an email with an attachment and try to open the attachment I get a dialogue box saying, "the attachment file could not be found. It may have been deleted or blocked by antivirus.
How can I solve this problem as some attachments are important but I can,t read them, appreciate any help, many thanks.
