ATT DSL

Jan 16, 2008 6:40AM PST

Just a quick question. I'm going to be getting DSL from ATT soon and I was wondering if I need their modem to set up the internet. Since I have to purchase a modem I would rather buy something better than what they have for sale. This the modem(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16825112005) I'm interested in getting and if you could tell me if it would work i would really appreciate it.

DSL without voice line

Thank you for your reply but I'm actually getting the DSL for people who don't need the voice line. It's a little more expensive and you don't get a free modem but I don't need a home voice line I probably will never use. http://www.att.com/gen/general?pid=10850
