ati video cards

Is there a great difference between the performance between the ati x800 and the x700 series of graphics cards, i know the x800 is more expensive but is it worth paying more for?

i would not suggest getting ati right now

as they dont support sm3.0. this is y ppl buy nvidia. i would suggest getting nvidia 6600gt as it performs better than the x700.
