The X1400 uses HyperMemory while the Go 7300 uses TurboCache, and while those terms sound good they are really not. HyperMemory and TurbeCache refer to the usage of your physical RAM due to the lack of dedicated memory on the graphics card. Thus, while you're getting a better GPU than with standard integrated graphics (ie Intel's Graphics Media Accelerator 950) your RAM is still being used, resulting in less RAM for operation and lower performance than with a graphics card that has dedicated memory.
That said, in comparing those two the Go 7300 has as much as a 20% performance increase by some standards, making it the better choice. If it's worth the extra money, though, is up to you.
Hope this helps,
Iam planning to get a new Dell laptop (Inspiron 1505), I have configured everything except the graphics card. Iam in a dilema which one to choose in between X 1400 and Geforce 7300. Can you help me to sort me out of this problem.
