ati catalyst removal tool?

I had an old ATI Radeon 9000 graphics card, which I changed for an Nvidia 6800 GT . Since I had to restore my PC the catalyst driver cannot be fully removed. I used the ATI catalyst removal tool to do this before, but cant seem to find this tool anywhere on online now, any ideas how i can get rid of the damned thing?
