Athlon

I got one question, i overclocked my amd athlon le-1640 from 2.6 to 2.9 ghz on asus m2n-x-plus board.It works fine about 21C under full load,and I testing it now with prime95.It works good, but when i turn off my comp,and start it again it runs 5 sec and turn off,irepeat that about 3 times more and it starts normally overclocked without errors.

Do anyone know what causing this, i found in amd overclock database that some people clock it up to 3.5 ghz and no such problems,and i know that you cant get same clocking with same hardware ever.
