Atheros Command Line switches

by stlrsfn / July 11, 2005 6:16 AM PDT

I was wondering if anyone might know any of the Atheros command line switches for the ACU.exe which runs the client utility. I currently have ACU.exe -nogui in startup which will start the client utility with Windows and not start the gui. I am trying to import profiles which I have hacked with the registry and I need to activate the profile I import. I would like to do this with the command line so there is little end user interaction. If any one has any information that might help me I would really appreciate it.

Thanks

Hello, I've been searching for the same answer. I called HP level 2 support on their wireless notebooks that run the ACU, as well as Atheros, who does not provide end user support. Have you found anything? I've thought about other vendors, but we don't have support agreements with them..

Not all utils have a command line funtion. http://www.nus.edu.sg/winzone/atheros/ shows the UI of these tool.

But do try and tell us what happens when you have a command window open and try...

ACU /?
or...
ACU -?
ACU --?
ACU 123
ACU /HELP
ACU -HELP
ACU --HELP

All of your suggestions spawn the ACU GUI. I've been looking for command line switches as well, but thus far have had no luck.

That's its a command line utility? I see it's a command utility, but nothing indicates it does anything with the command line.

One of the best French door fridges we've tested

A good-looking fridge with useful features like an auto-filling water pitcher and a temperature-adjustable "FlexZone" drawer. It was a near-flawless performer in our cooling tests.
