Resolved Question

Ata to usb

Mar 1, 2018 3:57AM PST

Hi. In have data on an old broken laptop and I need to get the data from it by converting it to usb but it's so hard to find the right one on ebay. It says ultra ata on it and it's 2.5 inch. It has 2 sets of 22 pins. What should I search for? When i search for it the photos don't have 22 pins, instead they look like newer ones

When I needed one, I went to the a computer shop with the disk and asked for the right enclosure. They knew. Is that an option for you?

That's an idea. I thought they would only want to do the recovery for you. I'm sure there are some small computer repair shops here
