SWATTING. Not only did it happen to Krebs ( http://www.cnet.com/news/security-reporter-hit-by-swatting-attack/ and http://krebsonsecurity.com/tag/swatting/ ) but this is now a tactic used on folk by other avenues. It's quite possible for someone that has a grudge or just for fun take you offline.
Just like the police, ATT and other companies are not ready for this.
Mind you I didn't say it was right or such but it could have been other than what you led with.
I would be guessing what your business model is here but it looks like someone took you out. It could be a misbehaving client (user?) It's a shame folk could inadvertantly do that with a malware infection.

My account is canceled without any form of notice. People around me all know that I always promote AT&T services. I have so many witnesses. I pay off my account balance as my business service manager remind me the importance to keep on-time monthly payment. When I am massed up by users in my account I have no one to help me to reduce my extra-expense. For example, I need to pay for 80GB when one of my user only give me money for 3GB. My business account manager knows this, so we work together to have AccessMyLan Implemented. Two days after we implement AccessMyLan, my account is canceled.
My reputation is ruined. My friends' number which are transferred from other carriers are now locked. More than twenty people ask me for their fees back and remedies for the loose of use.
Global Fraud Department make actions to someone's business account without any law enforcement investigation or judgment from a court. That department do not respect AT&T associate's hard working income and my hard earned users. So many times, I need to do customers on 2 a.m. for changing a Sim card for a user.
You can go to check my account log and see how hard I need to work for maintaining my account. Every effort is ruined by a single action from that invisible department. Have they really respect the time other people need spend on creating a safe and ordered business account? Have they really knows the value of intellectual properties? Have they really know the values of intangible items?
How much is Trust?
How much is the time spend to know how to make a secure mobile network?
How much is to teach some AT&T employee what kind of products they have?
How much is to absorb extra costs when users abuse the data usage?
How much is the time I need to spend to explain the functions and advantages which AT&T have over other carriers?
How much is so many thousand tasks ... ? While that corrupted department can shut down the whole thing which someone need to spend so much time to learn and work for?
How much is that I see so many AT&T employees change their job every month, and I need to get to know new people?
If AT&T is a wireless service company why AT&T acts like a real estate broker to sell buildings? Why? Why? Why?

We all try to continue to promote AT&T service and make its company logic of operating a wireless service company continue.
But that corrupt company use rude, un-professional, and cold blood way to ruin a hard work AT&T supporter's effort to make people around him believe that AT&T is the right choice.
They are blind. They believe their own bias. They are lazy to know the truth. A person who conduct fraud spends so much time to make his account ordered? To offer so much customer services? To spend so much effort to earn people's trust to transfer their lines into my account? Why not let me manage all lines which that corrupted Global Fraud Department employee use?
That department does much more damage than a terrorist group can. They are working on making people think AT&T, once the largest enterprise, have no security business account. Anything that department suspects, they can go ahead cut the service with zero balance. Global Fraud Department kills my lines before any Virus, Spyware, or network hacking does. The action they do is like walking proudly on streets after nuke someone's hard earn habitats. No mercy, no negotiate, no providing any detail, no talking, hanging up your calls, no providing any employee identity, no respect, and so much more ... Where are these cold blood barbarians from? How can they sit there and make this great company down without being limited? They are like tumor cells for AT&T. Out of control!
