I often find folk with the low speed DSL trying to get Netflix and that does fail. Your post wrote a little but didn't reveal what you felt were the issues.
Without knowing the issues and the DSL speed you subscribe to all I can write is it's usually slower than what folk want. Also, it's just networking so there is no IT specific knowledge needed about DSL except to know it can be slow. With web sites putting video on many pages it may seem like the pages are not loading but eventually they will or if too long will time out. That's sadly proper for low speed DSL.
I want to start off by apologizing if this is the wrong section for what I need but I just joined this forum so cut me a little slack.
I've been having DSL issues for several months now and it seems to get worse as time goes on(not that I assumed otherwise), I've had AT&T come to my house 3 or so times now and they always basically say nothing is wrong but I know that is not the case at all.
The reason for posting this thread is I am hoping to find some sort of IT that would know about DSL or even someone that works in the installation field specifically outside of my ISP that I can have a chat with and have this explained to me so I can figure out what I can do myself to fix or improve my situation, or even just to know what is going on.
If anyone has experience and can spare time for a chat about it please reply.
