Turns out the laptop had a driver up at the maker's website that was needed. But today we don't expect new laptops and PCs to have the owner do this work. Call the seller and exchange it for a good one.
I just recently bought an Asus Zenbook 303LN laptop, and everything seems to work great, except for connection problems. When I try to connect to a network, sometimes it takes a minute or two to connect, and sometimes is simply says "Cannot connect to this network" or something along those lines. When it is connected, it also takes a long time to load almost anything. I have a 5 year old laptop that loads anything much faster. It also disconnects briefly every once in a while. This is obviously not what I was expecting from a new laptop, and was wondering if anyone could help me solve this issue. I am also running Windows 10 if that helps.
Thank you in advance,
Pat
