Given it's dead why not try the old method. But first, check the warranty and use that instead if you can.

In one sentence, remove power, unplug the battery (see video), press and hold the power button for 60 seconds, release, plug in battery, apply power and test.

If this fails then it's a hard failure and you get repair estimates.

The following is not for those willing to try cheap possible fixes.
1. Replace the CMOS battery. This under 50 cent part can cause some PCs to not start.
2. Open it up, and gently push all the cables and connections home. If you know how to unplug and plug a cable or board then do that. Repeat the one liner about the power button and test.
