ASUS, Samsung or Eizo Monitor?

Previously using Samsung SyncMaster 226BW. I'm looking to invest in a new monitor for mainly gaming and watching live streams. Willing to pay up to $800.

- Size : 23~25"
- Aspect Ratio : 16:9
- Pixel Response : 2ms (grey-to-grey), 5ms (black-to-white) *any less the better
- Resolution : 1920x1080 or 1920x1080
- Refresh Rate : 60 / 120 / 144Hz
- IPS / TN
- Screen Texture : Matte
- Headphone Jack *optional

Currently considering ASUS VG248QE , EIZO FORIS FG2421 and Samsung S24B750VS. Would like some opinions on these three
