My Nexus 7 front and back separated at the top right corner the power ad volume buttons sank into the back cover. ASUS " create an RNA" failed to accept my information. Calling ASUS Support finally generated a RMA. I sent the unit to the Grapevine, TX repair center. Tracking the RMA through the ASUS RMA web option repeatedly failed. Finally called Support and they could not find the RMA either. Fortunately I had the USPS tracking info. Support found the unit and issued another RMA. I still cannot track the new RMA as their system is being "Upgraded". The unit was delivered to the ASUS Grapevine facility on January 9, 2015. It is January 20, 2015 and I still don't have a clue.as to when or if I will receive my Nexus7 repaired or not.

Last year I had to RMA a unit to ACER. The unit was returned in 10 days in their shipping container and is working flawlessly..
