ASUS N55SF running slow when using build in screen

Hi all

I have an ASUS N55SF which i use for gaming, but i have noticed that when i am using the build in screen, my games are running horrible! Minecraft for example is lagging like hell, i get 25 FPS plus lagspikes, but when i am using my external monitor at home it runs fine and i get 75 FPS without lag spikes..

I am thinking that it's maybe a graphics card issue, maybe in the setup, but i have no idea where it could be.. Can anyone help me with this?
Full specs here:

Thanks in advance!
