If it is under a year old It should still be within the warranty period, that being said I'd contact the seller/manufacturer.
I have a big problem with my laptop, and I'm hoping someone could advise me on what to do!
The problem is that nine out of ten times, when I take the computer out of sleep mode, the monitor fizzes gray for a second, and then turns a dark blue (I'd call it black, but it's definitely lit - just a black, lit, blank screen). About one in ten times, the computer won't have this problem, and if it doesn't happen within about 15 seconds, it's good for as long as I use it. Unfortunately, I don't have the patience to turn my computer on and off ten times to use it. It's an ASUS laptop, and it's less than a year old... I'm thinking there might be a poor physical connection (bad wiring?) between the computer and the laptop, because sometimes, it goes blank when I tilt the lid.
Please, any advice would be super helpful!
