Try this-
Moto DCH6416 DVR (HDMI out) --> (HDMI in) Sony HDTV
"" "" (digital optical out) --> (digital optical in) Sony AV receiver
Sony Blu Ray (HDMI out) --> (HDMI in) Sony HDTV
"" " (digital optical out) --> (digital optical in) Sony AV receiver
Onkyo tape deck (analog out) --> (analog in='Tape') Sony receiver
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The below portion regarding DVD/VHS unit is trial and error. The issue is, whether or not this older unit is capable of simultaneous digital connections, namely HDMI to the HDTV, and a digital coaxial to the receiver. Test it. Old school component should be no problem though.
Phillips DVD/VHS (HDMI out) --> (HDMI in) SONY HDTV
"" "" (Digital coaxial out) --> (digital coaxial in) Sony receiver
-OR-
"" "" (Component out) --> (component in) SONY HDTV
"" "" (analog audio out) --> (analog audio in) Sony receiver
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Adding this turntable will require a preamp since there's no PHONO input on receiver, and the turntable does not have a preamp inside AFAIK. YMMV. See here for reference-

Technics SL2000 (analog RCA output) --> (analog RCA input) Preamp [~$50-100]
Preamp (analog out) --> (analog input, SA-cd port, etc) Sony receiver
