above a month and a half ago. Totally impressed with the quality of their manual, and mobo. I normally use Gigabyte mobos but their manual and their email tech support [english language wise] is bad.
ABIT got hurt a few years ago by the bad capacitors bit. They lost a class action suit and are replacing all of those older mobo's free and giving a new warranty. Their new mobos now use only the best capacitors. The bad capacitors hit the entire industry, just that Abit got hit with the lawsuit, possibly because they were a much use mobo then.
I need to replace my motherboard, and I've got two choices, either an AsRock P4S61 or an Abit SG-72. The specs are virtually identical, although the Abit one is more expensive. However, before I buy, has anyone had any experience with either brand/board? Any problems, bugs, blow-ups they would care to share?
