Did you try NERO's ASPI installer?

BTW, I haven't found ASPI to be needed anymore. What needs it?

About CloneCD. Just FYI.

Some newer games issue a total nonsense error message in a dialog box if CloneCD is on the machine.

Just so you know. Why they couldn't just come up and tell what the issue was rather than "Initializer 32704 failed to start" is beyond me.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
