Ashish Dewan - Slowed down Operating system,Computer almost

Hello everyone, I am Ashish dewan.I need some help from your side,I have a Compaq computer with a core Intel processor and 64-bit Operating System.I am experiencing a problem of slower computer then my usual machine,some time it almost freezes out or some unnecessary processing is going on.some startup errors also popup,i used to clear my machine by deleting all unnecessary files from temp and recycle bin folder.i also installed avast antivirus,but it continues to have problem.so please help me out by your relevant solutions.

You can go the easy way: back to factory conditons. Then surely your PC/laptop will be as fast as it was when it was new.
Or you can go the less easy way: clean it up. Find all malware and remove it. Uninstall all programs you don't need any more,. Check your startup list and background programs for unnecessary stuff.

Without knowing your exact problems no specific help is possible.
