Use ccleaner with stock settings.
There's always a danger with any cleaner so keep good backups.
Don't use more than one cleaner that's asking for trouble.
What are your thoughts about ASC? I have ran it before and it cleaned great at first but then seemed to conflict with CC and slow my pc. Are there any good free ones better than ASC or has ASC improved in the past years?
TIA
