?As any fool can plainly see?, ?traffic control? at the borders, North, South, East and West are inadequate, at best. Until this ?fix? is ?in place?, everything else needs to wait. Someone must ?turn off the faucet before we can mop the floor?.

There is no point in even discussing what to do about illegal aliens within the country until after the border controls are tightened.

Heck, if we could control the border, the problem would be over half solved even if we never addressed the ones already here.

... and ENFORCE the laws re: employers (give them a better mechanism to verify legitimacy so they can't just look the other way by not challenging docs) the rest would probably just take care of itself.

Pence's plan to set up temporary worker agencies in the OTHER countries is also a good one. You want to work here as a temp worker? OK, go back home and come back the right way.

Then, at some point we can see how many remain and figure out something to do with them. I don't think they should EVER be given full citizenship. After fines, etc., they can be granted a legal permanent resident status, NO voting. The politicians will never even propose this, which I think most Americans would go for, because their ultimate goal is pandering to the illegals in hopes of expanding THEIR voter base.
