are these compatible

I just purchased a Foxconn 650M02-G-6L mATX motherboard with support for Intel P4 with 400 FSB. I am looking on ebay and want to know if this mobo would be compatible with an Intel P4 processor with 533 FSB or do the FSB numbers have to be the same.

While it's possible that it may run on that board, it won't achieve it's potential speed.
For best results, get a board that supports 533 fsb.
