Are the Nigerians outsourcing their scam now?

Before I start,I must first Apologies for this unsolicited mail to you. I am aware that this is certainly an unconventional approach to starting a relationship but as time goes on you will realize the need for my action.

My names are K.P Abraham from India and i wish to propose a business transaction to you which i know on normal grounds would benefit both parties (you and i). I find it difficult to explain much in this mail but as soon as i confirm that you have rceived this email by your response,i would give you subsequent details for contacting you.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
