If you read other posts by some of the people who say "I emailed Doreen and she helped me/tried to help me" you'll see that some of their previous ones are not the sort of thing a ringer would have posted. I think she (and her staff?) genuinely want to help.
Like many of you, I have had multi-tiered issues with Wirefly. Among them bad information, contrary information and unreasonable responses from Wirefly, which potentially can NOW cost me $150!
If you think the phone navigation is an ordeal, try contacting them by email. Nearly no way to do so.
My sole positive response was a gentleman who said he'd return my call and actually did. In the end to my disatisfaction, but nonetheless.
There are a few positive posts here for Wirefly that clearly seem to be ringers for this company. Its too early for me to tell, but I'm still holding on to the last morsel of hope that Ms. Dennis is genuine and sincere and that we can come to a proper resolution to my issues. Or am I in for more dissappointment?
