ARD Won't let me in on two Macs

Okay, I've got Cube, a 1.2 Ghz iBook G4, a 400 MHz Pismo, a 350 MHz iMac, and a 2.4 GHz MacBook.

Yeah, it's a cool collection.

Anyway, everything except the MacBook has OS 10.4.11 on it (yeah, a bit slow on the Cube and the iMac - considering downgrading to 10.3) and ARD 2. MacBook's got 10.5.8, with the built in ScreenSharing.

Anyway, each of them can control the others pretty well, except for the Cube and the iMac. I have no idea why, but these two won't let any of the others in, though they can control the others just fine.

So, any thoughts on how to find out why these two won't let me in, ideas on what might be causing it, and how to fix it?

First thing that springs to mind

is that one of the settings is not correct on both those machines.
I assume that they have never worked correctly?

Start over and configure just the one to receive ARD. I also have a Cube on my network and ARD works well with it.
