Archos 605 music help.

I hadn't used my archos in about a week, and I got a message saying to update it... so I did, and then when it restarted, it got stuck on the .arcthumb or something like that, and it said it couldnt be completed, so I checked everything, and it was fine, except music. the music is only listen under hard drive, song title, genre, album, artist, all of those are empty...

Please help?
