archos 605 acessories

i would like to know that when you buy a archos 605, can you charge it with the "DVR Station Gen 5 adapter" that comes with it, or do you have to do it via usb cable..

Also can someone please tell me how long does the battery last with the battery dock!

unfortunately Archos cut down the price as low as they could that included taking the power cord out. USB is the only in-box way. The DVR adapter really a peice of plastic so if you get the DVR accessory it can fit your 605 (it's shared with the 405 and 705). A number of the accessories though come with the outlet charger
