Let's be clear here. The incomplete details mean I can't tell you much other than it was expected to fail.

So Iv gotten this cheap 300m mini pci card from ebay: :RTQ:US:1123">http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150884803520&ssPageName=ADME

I got this due to the price, and that my old card an atheros 5005 always have worked great.
I got it into my laptop, booted and windows found the card. But I cannot get it to recognize drivers... All that hapends is that I end up in device manager with 9 yellow PCI-units...
Anyone have an idea?
Oh, im running windows xp 32 bit at the moment.

I see.
I have an old Fujitsu siemens, and dident know they had these issues but ok.
So basicly I cannot get it to work, adn just have to replace my old card again?... Hm
Because the card is discovered, but I cannot get the drivers to take at all, so I cannot test the card.
The BIOS white list issue is one that means that you can't install any card you want to. This really torques those that are used to desktops but now you know.
And that name is sometimes asked about (http://www.bios-mods.com/forum/Forum-Wifi-WWAN-Whitelist-Removal ) but again the fine detail is missing.
Try some USB WiFi dongle. They make nice 802.11g/n micro adapters now.

I got it to work.
First I reset my bios to default and this made the machine aprove the card in wondows but couldent start it.
So I removed the card, then reset the bios and booted to safe mode to check that all remnents of the cards where gone.
Then shut down and incerted the card, and then windows started it no problem!
