Apps Problem - Samsung TV

Starting Yesterday at 7 pm all my apps are gone.
I don.t understand how this happened, nobody touched the Smart Hub or other setting in about a week i only watched a few channels for about 2 hours everyday but nothing more because i was tired after work.
This is a image with my current smart hub screen.

I tried reseting the Smart Hub, i tried resetting the TV and Hard reset nothin worked.
Please Help.

My bet is Samsung is tinkering with their services.

Call it in. Do not change your network or reset.

i already talked with a support guy and after he connected to my tv tried all 3 types of resetting he said that the problem could be from my internet connection and after 5 minutes he said that could be some problems with the server and that today the problem will be solved but the problem is not solved.

Frankly it's a mess out there. The makers are not doing a good job at this so maybe it's time to forget the smart part and get a Roku or such.

Hello Marlus, I too faced the same issue and contacted Samsung support, what they said is resetting the country code to a different country and changing back to US will resolve this kind of issues.

Samsung smart view 2.0

Same problem UE40H6500. It was auto updated to software v.2116. Samsung smart view 2.0 keep connecting and never do connect. Web browser don't show java content any more. It was so good TV and I payed a fortune for it, now it is broken by their stupid auto update.
