Apps on Smart TV

Went to the app area on TV to download some apps - but they won't download - My TV is registered on Samsung site and I do have an internet connection - am I missing something else that I need to do? Thanks!

My Samsung TV model # UN65HU8550 (also says: FXZA Ultra HD 4K) - should I still try the resetting you noted in your answer? Thanks! Linda Lanquist

Yes I would try resetting the smart hub as suggested let me know if that fixes it! Also make sure that your firmware is completely up to date by going to Menu>Support>Software Update
