application not found

hi,
I open a a mail contain virus.
after that when I insert a dvd into DVD RW drive
it does'nt open it & said application not found.
can you help me ?

Viruses usually can be repaired, as in an infected system file; trojans and the damage they cause usually cannot be fixed.

Sometimes the malware damage to the operating system is so deep that only a full clean install will fix it. A repair of the operating system may also work . Backup all important personal files first before attempting any cleaning. Cleaning may or may not fix your issues, so the above may apply.
