Apple vs HTC (Google)

So what is everybody thinking about this?

I think Apple are out of order on this, because of there past record with patents i.e. iPhone and iPad names. I also think what there claiming should no be directed at HTC but Google and Android! I love Google and Android but i feel that Apple are being highly unfair.
