You want another model Fritzbox. EXAMPLE:
As the consensus is this is a known Apple and Fritzbox issue and no one seems to agree on a fix my take is you want a different model box.
The link above has some ideas about avoiding channel 36.
I am not so sure when this problem exactly started, but somehow my Apple TV (4th generation) gets approximately 4-5mbs out of 50mbs both via ethernet cable and wlan. I am using a Fritzbox 7560 router.
I found a short-term solution by guessing that this might be a problem between apple tv and the modem router and connected my apple tv to my macbook via opening hotspot, which are all in the same network. And it worked. 44mbs. So, my hypothesis was somehow proved. The apple tv and the modem router do no like eachother somehow and require a third bridge.
But I can not always use my macbook as a kind of bridge between these two. This means I need a long term solution. These go beyond my expertise and experience. What do you suggest? What might be the actual problem, and what might be a more efficient solution?
Thanks in advance.
(by the way other apple tools, ipad, iphone are working well within the same connection)
