Apple TV and Samsung

I am in the process of buying 7 new Samsung LED's for a ski Chalet in Austria. Can you help me with the following:
1: Can The 7 Series provide internet access to download films directly in Austria?
2: Can you access Apple TV via these televisions
3: A lot of posts on the internet about how the Blue Ray fails when the firm ware is updated. has this been sorted out yet?
4: When will new Blue ray models be on the market?

Unfortunately, I don't have the specifications of televisions in Austria. While I hate to "pass you on" to the Customer Service Center there, I just don't have the authority to answer feature questions for a different region. The phone numbers are listed here:

Some people do experience issues with a firmware update, and we repair them on a case-by-case basis. Not all units were affected by the firmware updates.

I don't have an estimated time of arrival for any new products.

You have said that people experiencing firmware updates, are repaired on a case by case basis? Why. What is the reason for not repairing under guarantee something that breaks as a result of firm ware update. Also how long is the guarantee?
Is it better to buy a playstation that has blue ray embedded in it, if Samsung are so tetchy about repairs? iam not so familiar with Manufacturers repairing on a case by case basis, when its their fault?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
