There are alternatives to it plus folk today can write their own software?
http://www.cnet.com/news/apple-dont-make-nuclear-weapons-using-itunes/ shows that Apple must be thinking it's fairly dangerous software.
Bob
Apple didn't let me post this in their own online community so I came here.
I had been avoiding updating my iTunes beyond version 10 because I heard 11 had gotten dumber, but for some dumb reason my version 10 stopped playing music continuously, shuffled or not. I click a song, it plays, the music stops. I click shuffle, they don't shuffle, I click play, it doesn't play.
Therefore, I downloaded the new version. Same problem, and I gave it up last night. Tonight, I open my computer. Walah! The shuffle worked for a couple minutes. Then I selected a single song again to play it, click the fast forward button, and it stops again. Then, there is no iTunes help anywhere easily found in iTunes, if there is any at all, so I can't use that to figure out why this ******** thing isn't working.
It is so pathetic and very disappointing when technology moves backwards like it has with iTunes. Nice job, you people. Have you heard of ergonomics? Human interface? It should be a SIMPLE thing to figure out how to make iTunes do what I want it to do, but, it is not. I do not know why. Fire some people and get some logical people working for you.
Also, make it possible to CHANGE THE VIEW so that I can see all my music in a list again. There is no help, and there is no view menu. There usually are those two exact menus among others, but Apple has retardedly seen fit to get rid of them!!! Way to go.
