Apple forum

Dec 26, 2011 10:49AM PST

For 2 weeks now, the Apple Lion forum has continually told me that my password is wrong, and when I try to change it I am told that I have the wrong birthdate. I really do know when I was born. I have cleared all cookies from Safari and Firefox. Nothing seems to work. Also, I cannot connect to the App Store under the apple icon.

I already went that route with no results. Howwever, yesterday, I received an email from Apple using my email address <span id="INSERTION_MARKER"> as my identity to find my password.(I don't know why and from where as I am in touch with 2 forums with this problem) Anyway, I used this identity - went and set a new password and everything is fine now.
