bad The Onion clone of a site

Sorry but this is nothign more then a bad bad bad copy/parody of The Onion. (which as been publishing for 350 years (internet years i assume))

But all parodys are welcome and the artical was a funny but eh.. read.

It's a shame think of all the possibilites with an accelerometer and a touch screen. Also there was an ibrate app, but it got rejected.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
