We own several apple products and they all work great most of the time, howerver when there are problems and we need to call Apple customer service it is a serious pain to get the issue resolved. When I call the first thing I am asked is "first and last name" and next I am asked "serial number." There is no "How are you today or How can I help you" It seems very disrespectful and I really am not interested in memorizing the apple serial number on my device. Those numbers are long and it is rediculous that they wont just use your name. For the most part the issues have been logging into apple id accounts and itunes problems. I would say serial numbers have nothing to do with it. Apple needs to take care of and respect their customers more. Not try to force apple care down their throats so they can keep trying to take more money out of your pockets. If I buy their products I deserve a little respect. Im not trying to scam them out of a few dollars. It seems that is how Im treated when I contact them. They need to ask "How can I help you"
