Apple 802.11 N

So after a Engadget posting http://www.engadget.com/2007/01/30/apple-busts-out-1-99-802-11n-enabler/ , I checked out my network card in my Macbook and realized it isn't N capable. I just got this thing in December, and it was the 2.0 gHz Black model, and it can't do that upgrade?!? What the ...! How recent does your computer have to be?!

Does anyone else have this?

I got it from Apple.com and it is a core 2 duo, but I'm not worried anymore, Engadget updated the site saying that cheecking what I did wouldn't tell you if you could. I'm really assuming that I can.

I purposely bought a CD Macbook to get a higher spec, I didn't think that it would come back to bite me like this.
