App to delete all associated files to program?

Jul 19, 2010 10:56AM PDT

There's an app I use on my Mac called CleanApp, it deletes every file which is associated with a program when that program is deleted?is there something similar for Windows 7? I hate having junk left on my machine after trying something and trashing it?

Sounds dangerous.

With shared DLLs I can see where this would wipe out other working apps you didn't want to wipe.

Nod to REVO.
