Question

app for Netflix

Netflix will not launch??? ANY help would be appreciated? My internet connection is good. Other areas of the TV work, BUT NETFLIX
It was working last weekend. I've tried using the exit button and holding for 20 seconds to resit but that didnt work either.....

Thanks for the info! Have you tried changing your DNS to 8.8.8.8?

Also you can try:
Resetting the smart hub:http://support-us.samsung.com/cyber/popup/iframe/pop_troubleshooting_fr.jsp?idx=406287&modelname=UN55ES6100F&modelcode=UN55ES6100FXZA

Reinstall the netflix app: The way to do this is by press fast forward 289 rewind and select Afghanistan or Andorra, wait for the apps to load to the foreign company then press fast forward 289 rewind to switch it back to the US.
