Aol popping up????

Sep 7, 2007 1:58PM PDT

whenever i click on some links, or navigate to a new page in IE 6, out of nowhere, AOL 9.0 starts up and logs me on...

(if it was my choice, AOL would not be on this computer)

any way to stop this? tried restart + not allowing access to AOL via program access + Defaults

oh, running XP media

"(if it was my choice, AOL would not be on this computer)"

My mom uses AOL, thats it, out of the 4 people here. I took it off once, and man o man, i am not going to do that again.

i got 6 calls from her during school.

and i have a popup blocker from Symantec.

its the actual application that opens up without permision.
